Mini Fixers

Anybody fancy making a bid on this one - probably all there so straightforward restoration.

One of the comments on the first Mini above is:

"No way is that an original It was red now it's blue Door handles wrong Vin plate screwed on Sorry it's a ringer"

As he bought it new, did less than 47000 miles before he crashed it why did he spray it blue before the crash? Hmmmmmmmmm?

Is that a sump guard I see - I bet it was in the hands of a 'race boy' in the sixties. A lot of Minis had a hard life then. I'd love to have a look at it, preferably with John H or a member of the 59 register.

I woundn't be surprised if the Vin plates weren't screwed on then.

Just heard from John H - he's had a look at the '59 Mini. He says he opened the drivers door and it fell off, it is actually worse than it looks, it has no documents, but is a 59 mini ,

SOLD for £6900

Cheap at half the price.

Came with a  broom to sweep up the rust

At least someone has rescued her and will bring her back to life which she does deserve to be. Bless her little A series engine!!!!!!!
