This must be the cheapest Radius Arm Reamer. It's made from a radius arm pin (http://www.minispare...id=36996&title=). Cut of one of the end threaded stub pieces flush then with a cutting disc in your angle grinder cut two grooves in the end lengthways about 1/2 inch long 1/16 deep to make like a cutting tool. Grind back the end to give the 'teeth' a cutting edge. On the other end lock on a couple of nuts, and there you have it. I'm sure you can work out how to use it.

I saw this on an autojumble stall at a Malvern show. The seller had welded a T bar on the end instead of just a couple of nuts. He said he was closing down his motorists accessory shop and he used to hire this out to people. I've been meaning to make one but have not needed it or got round to it yet.
